Dr. Massey graduated from Cambridge University and London University in England prior to completing his dermatology residency in the United States. He went on to complete a fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery at Columbia University in New York.
Dr. Massey is an award-winning surgeon, winning the prestigious Theodore Tromovitch Award in 1997 for excellence in research in dermatologic surgery. As well as lecturing extensively, Dr. Massey has published numerous articles on cosmetic surgery in leading peer reviewed medical text books and journals.
For several years Dr. Massey taught liposuction surgery at Columbia University, while maintaining an exclusive private cosmetic surgery practice in Manhattan. He has continued his commitment to teaching through UCLA, where he is presently an Assistant Clinical Profressor. For several years Dr. Massey has focused almost exclusively on liposuction, having personally treated hundreds of patients with this technique. His training, experience and results confirm his standing as one of the finest liposuction surgeons in the nation.
